Hello from Fredericksburg, VA.
I recently bought a completely stock 08 JK X and after a few months of ownership I think I have found the last brand car I will ever buy. I've only added a few accessories so far (tires, winch, some towing/recovery gear and lights) but I can see some more serious parts coming in the near future. I want to keep it a daily driver so my ideas are selectable lockers, armor and about 2 1/2 inch lift in that order. Later on down the road some better tires than the Wrangler Authorities but those were bought on a Sunday afternoon in a pinch. So far I have no complaints about them but I did notice a 2 mpg drop in fuel economy and a lot more road noise. I look forward to "meeting" everyone and getting some great advice.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. I love looking at all the Jeeps out there, gives me lots of ideas on how to upgrade my ride. There's so many parts out there no two could be the same.
I'll be glad when this funk leaves the mid Atlantic. Virginia has been a little damp lately.
