Heyo from Mass!
Hey all! I just acquired a Silver JK last saturday so I'm really enjoying it now
It's a '07, 6-speed manual, V6, 2 door. This past week was nothing but sun so I had the top off and doors off The only pain is getting the back top back on by myself >:o
Here she is, taking delivery on the day we bought it.
Tops and doors off
As for modifications, I can't really do any major mods until I graduate from UTI which is just over a year away. For those who don't know, UTI is Universal Technical Institute based in Norwood, MA. But my future list of the mods I plan to do are:
-BestTop deck cover <-- Desperately needed! If you know anywhere that is reasonably cheap, let me know!
-Spidertrax wheel spacers for OEM wheels. They look so tucked in! Bleh!
-AEM CAI
-aFe TB spacer
-MBRP catback
-Rugged Ridge Modular front bumper
-Smittybilt tube fenders
-RC 2.5" lift with 1" BL
-Either 33 or 35" tires, probably going with 33" with Procomp black steel wheels
-Changing gear ratio to match the new tires
-Rocker panels, not sure which
-Not sure what else, any others give me a shout!
I've been lurking on here since I registered and went through the wait time so I found this very helpful! Hope to do a meet and greet here soon!
EDIT: I know the plates say NJ, but again, I go here in Mass for school and work.
