I'd say look at the deals and incentives out there. There are minor changes in the 09s, like tow hook and dash net, I think the hardtop has new clips. Nothing major.

If you can get a sweet deal, go for an 08. Color preference may also determine your choice.

X2 Go for the money. The differences aren't enough to matter. Save youself a few $$$ and use it for some mods. Welcome to the Forum!
