hi from austria ( center of europe)
hi to everybody
My name is Ludwig and my age is 46. In august 2008 I bought my first Jeep a Wrangler Sport Plus with a 2.8 CRD engine. The first modifications were some chrome parts and a software update for the engine (more power, smother running and less diesel - about 1.5 litres). I need after the update 11´5 to 12 litres for 100 kilometres (gasoline and diesel is expensive in our country ~1,6 dollar/litre). The next modification I am planning is to install a milemaker 12000 winch - but before buying it I have to look for a permission of the gouverment of the county, otherwise I will get some problems with the police. Nowadays they are very strict because of protechtion of the pedestrians in case of an accident.
The following step I am planning are a pair of locker (for example truetrac) but I am not sure the will work together with the stabilisation programm - mayby I will find an answer in this forum.
Please apologize my mistakes, I am not so used to write in english.
Have a nice day and a lot of fun

Welcome to the site! Kind of nice to know that the U.S.A doesn't have the market cornered on political correct nonsense. I also found the title of your thread kind of funny. Since the majority of the users on the site are from the U.S.A. I'm hopeful that most of us Americans here know where Austria is.
