Default Hi from Cape Town South Africa

Hey guys just thought I introduce my self. I am an off road driving instructor/ consultant , and have been doing this for 13 years now. Live in Cape Town but love traveling to other parts of Africa on overland expeditions. I train all types of clients from private forks to the military and police. Most of my training work is for big 4x4 manufactures down here including Jeep. I am very impressed with the new jk , so much so that I am in the process of ordering a Wrangler Rubicon 3.8 v6 2 door in jeep green. Looks like our Jks are the same spek as Australia, right hookers, shit front and rear bumpers and mud flaps. We also have to display the front number plates. Has anyone used there jks on big dune sand driving ? How do they do? The older wrangler 4.0 was grate at big dune driving due to the fact that the power to weight was very good. The reason I want to know is that I go up to Namibia quite a bit and love going on extended desert trips where one has to take on some of the biggest shifting dunes in the would (so I'm told).
Sorry but I just can't spell.

Zungazi

Hey, Zungazi!

No real advice for you, except a hello from NH. I collect SAP SADF and SARP camo and kit. If you can get me a set of S2000 camo seat covers for the JK, we need to talk.

Welcome!

Just got back from South Africa, Cape Town and Sabi Sabi. I was so impress with South Africa. Trip of a life time. Plane flight was miserable though. (From Arizona, took me 54 hours to get home ) Couldn't believe how many jeeps were down there. They even have awesome jeep clothing in the Johannesburg airport.

Cheers.

Matt

Thanks guys
Ok, can not get S2000 camo as seat cover only in a BUD.
4x4ing in Southern Africa is really something to experience. If you plan to come out this way let me Know as I work in the industry.
