I'm so neeeeew!
Hello group, second jeep go around, last one was a 97 YJ or 92... it's been a while, it blew up on me and I went with a 2012 Taco, ended up rolling it after rigging it out, insurance paid it after arguing that the mods I put on it didn't effect the coverage, stupid lady......... any how! proud owner of a my second jeep, I'm in Iraq now for my second deployment, I've got a hefty pile of boxes stacking up in my shop ready to put on the body, getting my R&P's / axles done while I'm hear, so I don't have to wait when I hit American soil. I'm a huge diving enthusiast, hunter, actively doing something to make money somehow, I got 3 degrees in culinary, welding, and almost done with my auto body program ( got interrupted with deployment ) I'm a sheet metal fabricator on helicopters mainly UH60, and AH64 some CH47.... for the military, basically I do anything metal and I can cook lol. I love my job, love to meet new people in the middle of now where and chill out around a camp fire. stay tuned for crap load mods going on my JK!
Welcome to JKF. I see you're in Springfield Missouri. There's a great jeep club there. Ozark Jeep Thing (OJT). Also, you have a couple great off road parks near you. Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch (SMORR) and Disney Oklahoma.
Welcome! It's a bit further from you, but if you ever find yourself down in the Hot Springs, AR area, they have a nice park there that offers a good bit for all sorts of builds, or non-builds.

I'm mostly excited for the soft top, got it off a guy on CL, he didn't like it, the new fast back w/ sunroof from best top, 400$ I should be able to run the top and unzip the windows, and keep the cargo net for the back, it'll look sharp as heck.
