Default Introduction and asking for comments

Hello, new to the forum. This is my third Jeep in my 48 years. The two previous models were 1976 CJ7, automatic with Levi's interior package and a V-8 under the hood and 1986 CJ7 that got me through law school- my first stick shift. I now own a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and I am so happy the headlights are round again-- but sure miss that V-8 engine. This Jeep will be for my son to drive when he turns 16 in two years. The '76 CJ7 is what I learned to drive in. Tell me what you think of the mods so far. What you can't see is the CAI under the hood and the Gibsons under the rear bumper. Love the sound, but hate the performance so far. Tuned it with a Diablo Predator, but will have to experiment more with other tunes or get used to the very low RPM's. In reading lots of posts, I probably shouldn't have installed the Gibson exhaust as that seemed to have punked the engine a bit. With my motorcycles and Chrysler 300C, the first thing you did for more HP was the CAI and performance exhaust. I do love the sound of the Gibsons, and if the Jeep is a bit sluggish, I guess that's okay since it will keep my son from driving too fast.
