I was looking though Craigslist one day and boom there it was a picture of the jeep I had no idea I would own it. It was more like an impulse buy I had planned on getting an older jeep maybe a Cherokee. But this one just stood out had a lot of upgrades. I have owned it now for a month fixed all the front end problems biggest issue was the track bar made by the lift kit manufacture full traction had a bolt that was too small the stock bolt replaced with a 1/2 grade 8 flange bolt and locking flange nut. The track bar was moving side to side about an 1/2 an inch. The tie rod end was lose I replaced the outer one. I had local 4 wheel shop weld in a truss on the axle everyone said with the 35" tires the axle will get bent. I'm sure the old owner knew about the death wobble probably why he wanted to sell it. When I went back to pick up the title he had a lean on it 3 weeks later I told him how I fixed it for about $80 in parts. He only had it for 5 months said his wife didn't like it. Last thing I have to replace is the heim join on the end with the small bolt I think all the years of death wobble not being fixed it hammered the joint now it's lose get a clunk noise the joint is lose in the ball to joint. Planning on getting a LED light bar try my luck with one of those amazon ones maybe reseal it with some high temp orange silicone. Also the winch is not working only the retract the compressor and motor spool out are just clicking. It's one of those warn winch/air compressor ones. Wife wants to drive it more then I do.
