Angry New to the Forum....TPMS HELL!!!!!

So I have a 2013 Stock Jeep - everything I have done to her, I have done myself (with some extra help when needed). But I am stumped on this one. I am about to order the ProCal to just bipass all this TPMS BS! I put on aftermarket DC tires 9 months ago with the original Sensors. And the first cold snap on the East Coast - my light goes off - 75 secs, then stays solid. Buddy of mine read each tire - 100% accurate - may be the batteries are dying - take the Jeep in to the dealership cus they sent me a free oil change - well who wouldn't want to do that when its 9 fricken degrees????? So I tell them I have all the codes - don't mess with it and try to charge me labor for this BS - I check my tires weekly and after massive temp changes. This isn't my first Jeep. So I get my Jeep back from them and the light Mysteriously goes away for 300 miles. Change of weather - AGAIN - we go from 12 degrees to 55 degrees in less than 12 hours and the F'n thing comes back on. Check the tires pressure - nothing is off its exactly where it should be. So I am wondering if they may have jiggled the module and tightened it - cus that is also my thinking - as we have TONS of potholes and speedbumps, and maybe it is just a loose connection. Soooooo.....I would just like to know WHERE the TPMS Module is physically located so that I can see if there is a loose connection. Once I make sure that its not infact loose, I can pretty much conclude that the batteries are going bad in either the sensors or the module itself - which I am not willing to replace because I have read the HORROR stories and Jeep confirmed - those sensors last no more than 3 years. So why would I want to replace something thats gonna break again and actually does not affect my Jeep in any way except to annoy me?

I just need a diagram of where that little f'r is - thats it.

Thanks!

I don't know where it is but these pictures were pulled from eBay when there was a receiver for sale a while back. Maybe between Google'ing the part number and pictures you'll be able to find it. I opted to go with the tuner route to turn them off but I'd say they last longer than 3 years. I just had a set go out in my 09 GTI.

Best of luck with your search.

hrm... I'm skeptical (or lucky) about the lasting 3 years bit. My 2011 is using the same sensors it came with and they continue to work.

I think you're more on track that the connector is loose at the receiver.
