Hello everybody,

I am new to the JK world. I have owned several other style of jeeps (Tj CJ and J10)
currently I have a 07 rubicon that I am slowly building as I want it. As of now all I’ve done is a 2.5 inch Teraflex lift and a hand me down front bumper. I am located in south Florida which is mostly a mudding community but once I get her built as I want I plan on doing road trips to more technical stuff. I am open to any tips or whatever as I do most of the work on it myself in my tiny one car garage. I look forward to being a part of my first forum!

Welcome. Especially nice to see folks that like to work on their own rig. Not much you can't do on that thing yourself, and there's a ton of info on the forum for just about every job you'll run across. If you get stumped or want/need advice, just start a thread.

Welcome... and it saves a ton of money when you gets your hands dirty yourself when it comes to jeeps!

Theres quite a bit you can do yourself! I did about 50% of the work myself on my 092dr and 90% now on my 15jku. The only things I can’t do are welding and some serious motor work (not certified in either area) and the more complicated electrical stuff.

Im in az, but just give me a holler if anything tickles your fancy and I can help te best I can. I know there are more experienced people on here too willing to help out!
