Default New guy here

Just checking in with my first offical "new guy" post.

I just purchased my first ever Jeep a month ago. I've been wanting a Wrangler forever, but for many different reasons I never pulled the trigger. My wife recently told me she felt the kids were old enough to ride in a Wrangler so I was out the door that day and had my Sahara within the week I had been researching for a few months in secret as I kept whittling away at her resolve.

All I can say is I haven't had this much fun driving since I was 16 (and that was quite a while ago). I find myself just wanting to go for a ride regardless if the top is on or off.

And don't get me started with the mods. I play the bass so I've been down that road with music gear. I'm in the process of selling off some of my gear I haven't used in a while so I can afford goodies for the Jeep

Now I see what I've been missing for all these years.

Default Welcome - Newbe to Newbe

Sounds like you got the bug. Warning, it's an expensive one. Keep your eyes on craigslist. I just picked up a set of Rubicon rock sliders for 50 bucks and they look new. Post some mod picks.

Again, Welcome! JKr's are some great people.
