Default New Guy in Jersey

Hey, Yall! (I'm in the military and not from here or I'd greet you with "Yo")
I'm a proud owner of a new 2011 JKU Rubicon. Just bought it last month. It's been in the mud once...and stuck once!
I've enjoyed reading the forum and am learning quite a bit.

Too bad you don't live by Kingston. I plan on moving up to Fort Drum, NY soon.

Default Greetings

Hey Brother, I'm a new Jeep owner too, (2009 JKU Sahara) and I work on McGuire. I will be looking to join the local club and get into som offroading. We will have to meet up. I'm sure I'll see your Rubi on base. That one is hard to miss. Jim

It's definitely bright...I should be moving up to Northern NY (FT Drum) soon so I won't be joining any clubs. If you see me anywhere, feel free to say "hey", I tend to look like a prick but I'm actually a pretty friendly guy

Fort Drum is just south of Kingston (Watertown is popular with the Ontario folks who like to go shopping at Walmart,Target,Old Navy, etc.) The last time I lived up there, I had several work-mates go out and practice getting stuck on local trails. There's LOTS of mud and shallow bedrock in the immediate area. A few miles East has mountains but I have never really ventured that way yet.
