New Jeeper from Rockwall (Dallas), TX
Hey JK ppl,
I'm new to Jeeps and Off Roading. I've been into racing cars for several years.. 2 vettes an '09 z51 580hp and '01 z06 around 450hp
Got tired of that and enjoying off road now. Wanted something that I could take the top off of and tow a boat. Jeep fit the bill.
Any locals on here that know some good spots around Dallas for mudding and rock crawling? Only place I've found so far is Brushy Creek Motor Farm.
My '11 jeep cosmos blue I just put a 4" lift on and American Racing ATX Crawl 20"s with Nitto Grapplers. Love it. 14mpg is a killer though.
Thanks!

Welcome
From Mesquite originally, live near Denton now.
Welcome to the forum, lots of good info here. I spend more time creeping and reading than posting. Lots of nice rigs too built for every purpose. Yours is nice. I like the blue.
I'm interested in where folks say to go too, I bought my JKU on R&R and haven't finished putting her together but I'm looking forward to getting her built and dirty.

I live in Corinth ( near denton ) I've been to Bridgeport offroad park. Me & wife had fun huge place & many many trails. There is a place south of fortworth from what I've read that just opened in Tolar tx near glenrose. Look up lonestarjeepclub they ride out at bridgeport and Tolar. I think wife & I might go to Bridgeport this weekend I'm I'm hearing there are going to be alot of other jeepers out there.
