New, Jeepless member in S.Korea. Looking to read up before ordering new Jeep.

Temporary Duty there many moons ago. Three day stint turned into a month and I didn't pack winter gear when the cold blew in.

 

Well cold is one thing they definitely do right here.

 

I tried searching, perhaps I am just not use to the layout of the forum yet. But I see a lot of "what I should do after I buy a jeep", what I would be more interested in is "the what I should do to buy a jeep".

I understand everyone is going to have their own opinions on equipment, just wanting to make sure that I am not missing some generally agreed upon good stuff.

I will hold off on laying out any questions until the forum police swing by and yell at me about using the search bar and give me some hyperlinks to a thread last used when Eisenhower was ordering his new Jeep!!!

 

Welcome. What squadron you with? I finished up my year with 51 OSS back in Dec 14. Good times.

Welcome to the forum from Eastern NC. Good look finding your Jeep. I'm sure you'll get lots of opinions. But as someone once told me, opinions are like a$$ holes, everybody has one and some smell better than others. If you like it, go for it. Got plenty of time for mods later.
