Hi,
We just purchased a 2011 JKUR and loving it.
My previous off road experience is pretty limited with mostly So Cal fire trails and desert camping, no hard trails.
Many years ago I owned a Willys Wagoneer and now am really impressed by how "civilized" the JK is on the highway but (from the reports) even more capable off-road.

Keep safe,
Dave

Welcome from Philadelphia. Yea stock JK, and JKU's are pretty capable, but beware of the mod fever most JK owners get.
