My name is Marcus and I am the owner here at River City Offroad! I am stopping by to introduce ourselves as well as say hello to old friends!

Just wanted to bump this thread and say thank you to Marcus @ River City Offroad!
I ordered a TeraFlex BB w/ TF shocks for an excellent price with free shipping. The lift arrived w/o shocks Tuesday afternoon. I called Marcus and filled him in that the shocks were missing. He said don't worry, I'll handle it.
I received a call from him around lunch time today stating that he shipped out shocks that same evening I called (expedited 3 day) and they'll be here Friday in time for my install on Saturday. The parts are coming from CA and I'm in NC!
That's customer service. I'm looking forward to doing business with RCO again!
