Still waiting
Ordered my 14 JK sport (no S) in Dune on August 15th. Still waiting but should be delivered this week. It was shipped to storage (factory lingo, I work at a dealer) 6 weeks ago but was recently released. The only thing I have been more excited for was the birth of my daughter. Been lurking on this site since my wife said I could buy a wrangler. (Her car is a patriot). I'm excited to start my build. Will take years before I have the know how and finances to finish it. I look forward to all the advice I hope to receive from all you veterans. Will post pics as soon as I get to drive it home from work!!!
PS I'm in Northern Minnesota, not sure how much of a presence to northland has on here.

Finally got it Wednesday!!!!! Been to busy driving to post! Everyone at my dealership is happy that I cannot whine about not having it anymore. Now they will complain about my talking about accessories! I plan on a two inch lift, new bumpers and a safari rack to start. The wife won't let me do much right away, something about just enjoying my first brand new car for awhile. I will though! I'll keep you updated!

Congratulations to those that had their Jeep orders come in.
I guess this as good a place as any to make my first post.
I just ordered a JKU sport S in Copperhead November 7. Hoping to get it before the end of the year.
So I will do my reading, researching and parts shopping over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
I currently have a 2004 TJ to run around in for a few more weeks, hate to part with it, but looking forward to the JKU.
BTW We need to add a Copperhead avatar and color choice for profiles....

That's great you got to order one! The wait was aggravating and exciting at the same time. Copperhead is a nice color. I almost bought a copperhead one that was sitting at the dealership but decided to wait. I'm glad I waited as I love the dune, but copperhead is also a great color!
