Default Superchips program tuner Jeep issues

Hello my name is Kyle
A few months ago I purchased a superchips program tuner and installed it on my 2012 jeep wrangler. After I installed the tune my jeep started getting a P0731 1st gear ratio error and was driving in limp mode. It also would not go into reverse and the manual shift in my automatic jeep would not work also. I could not fix the issue over the phone with superchips tech support so I took the jeep to the dealership I bought my jeep from to see if they could help with the issue. The dealership had my 2012 jeep for about 5 weeks and with superchips on the phone assisting we still could not fix the issue. They took the transmission apart and did not find any issues and rebult it. They replaced the TCM and the ECM/BCM I believe. They reflashed the gateway and may have replaced the gateway and nothing worked. After 5 weeks I was done with trying to fix my 2012 jeep and decided it was unsafe to drive so I purchased a new jeep.
Superchips / Edge products only offered to give me KBB value for my 2012 jeep and to put me in a used 2012 jeep and I was not about to drive someone else's used vehicle so I decided to trade my 2012 jeep in and get a new 2016 jeep. I am not asking superchips to pay for my upgrade but I was asking them to pay the value of a 2012 jeep without getting mine which would put them out KBB value of a 2012 jeep and would put me out money for the upgraded 2016 jeep.

Im writing all of this because I want to know and hear of anyone else that has had this same issue with there superchips programmer on there jeep. I have read a few forums with similar issues that I have had and would like to get in contact with others to possible get a class actions lawsuit together.

I appreciate your time if you have read this and hope to hear back
Thank you very much Kyle
