Nope, No codes. I have now tried swapping out the PCM. No change. This Jeep is an epic fail for me....

Looks to me like it may be the ABS system. It could be a faulty front wheel sensor (or two), the manifold, or the PCM - but you said you replaced that.

Before you start taking target practice, you might try looking at a service manual for tips (if you already haven't). You can access Chilton's online for free at most libraries. In AZ, I can access the manual online from anywhere just by being a resident of Maricopa County.

Finally Fixed! Took to another local shop, Off Road Works/My Mechanic. They had it diagnosed and repaired in two days. Turns out that I had a defective Mopar repair part, The Hydraulic Control Unit wasn't releasing. I took them the original and they were able to clean it out and get it working. The second problem was a defective Brake Booster, we were able to warranty that through the shop we purchased it from. Moral of the story, DO YOUR FLUID MAINTENANCE on schedule.
