Bump. I still plan on trying to make it up there conditions permit. sounds like a lot of the snow is gone, hopefully the ice is soon to follow.

Looks like the weather is holding,been pretty warm here.Thinking of shaving off some weight by then

 

Checking out the webcam Brad mentioned, looks like a lot of snow has melted And no more forecasted through the 21st. I'll be watching the trail conditions thread on pirate. Hopefully someone will post up this weekend.

Just returned...warm weather equals zero ice. Trail is clear from Loon or Wentworth.

Weather was beautiful.

Lots of broken rigs on the trail.



hopefully the ice will still be clear next weekend.

 

I still plan on going up there Saturday if I have company. Thinking of trying to find a good spot to hang a cowbell in Hayward's honor. Thinking maybe on that old gnarled tree at the slabs staircase obstacle.
