Default Ball Joint Help/Input

I need to replace my ball joints. I'm not sure if I can tackle this one myself. Best price I got was from 4wheelparts for $615. Seems reasonable to me but wondering if there's another option. And what brand should I go with?

I'd like to do this myself not just because of the price but for the knowledge. So is anyone interested in helping ChopN? I also have some C gussets I need welded on.

I'm moving to Truckee so I gotta work around the move. Won't have a garage anymore. Still close to the Valley guys and Bay Area always works.

I've done this too and have a press (el cheapo Harbor Freight special, but it works...) I'm in Moab for the next couple weekends, but I'd be willing to host/help otherwise.

i have also done this, though i ended up getting some outside help. Its not a difficult task if you have guys who know what they r doing (like familytime) i found the hardest part to be putting the ball joints in. im game to help out with this, when are you guys thinking of getting together?
