Default Bear Valley Loop

Ok how about a run up to Bear Valley Loop on June 14th, a Saturday.
It's up towards Truckee off of Hwy 89 North.
I finger to give everone enough time to plan.
Straight-through is 8 miles about 3 hours. Moderate trail with Difficult side obstacles.
So how bout it.

Question

Hey YankeeJim- Curious, does the trail you want to lead end up at Drum Forebay?

I was just reminded that the Beer Valley area along with the route I described was one we frequented often when I had my Red Jeep.
It is pretty up there

Looking forward

Damn it again! I actually have the weekend off, but gotta go out of town for a wedding, which by the way is costing me way too much money to get across country. I think of all the Jeep stuff I could be buying with that money!
