Default Deer Valley Trail is open

Just like to let everyone know that the Deer Valley trail is passable. We ran it yesterday and was the first two jeeps to get through. I will get pics up shortly. The trip took us 10 hours to run the trail, very deep snow, huge drifts, deep water lots of winching and slow going. We had some damage on the JK, dented door and dented windshield frame. On the TJ we popped all four tires off the bead at some point through out the day. All in all it was a great day, great trip, beautiful scenery. So far this trip to South Lake Tahoe has been well worth the travel.

It was amazing. We had a ton of fun, got a little trail damage but oh well. We are hoping to run up to Hell Hole today, and hiking out to Emerald Bay. I will try and get more photos up.

Wow, looks like fun. Any video?

I am still bummed that a lot of stuff is still closed. Some of my Wife's and I's favorite spots won't be open until very late in the year due to excessive snow.

I have to admit that Cali is a beautiful place. We did some hiking today and seen some amazing waterfalls, terrain and Huge ASS trees. I cant get over how big the trees are here.

We hiked up into Angora Lakes and that was simply amazing. We will for sure be coming back, hopefully we can make a trip once a year.

Any other trails that we should look into. We are running the Rubicon tomorrow and Tuesday.
