Dunno If I can make this run...deer season starts in 2 weeks and think I'll be out scouting: but would love to possibley go sometime after the season
(This is only what I have heard, so don't quote me on it)
From what I have heard- most of the really difficult obstacles can be bypassed- but It is still rated as a difficult trail...
And a winch if you are going it alone would be advisable

Glad that your jeep made it while your friend's jeep is not! Can hardly wait to see the picture and tell us what happen?

Nice, hope you got lots of good pics. I'd love to see them, I've never been to this trail. Sorry to hear your buddy's Jeep had some troubles, hope everything's all fixed up now =)

Thumbs up

Looks like you took it to the limit

Did you guys look into the water level prior to going in?
...Or was it just a roll of the 4dice?

It looked just about right

On the water release level daily report showed 2.5-3' But wasn't sure was 3 ft from top of the rock or the bottom of the rock.
turned out that last week the water level was up to 6' and a crawler with 44" actually got washed down a bit and ended up saved by a big rock hidden underneath the water.
