I'll be showing up with a little grease on my hands from doing a lift at a friends house. Somehow I find this fitting.

It also sounds like Mindy would love it if we all drive our Jeeps.

Rest in peace Hayward. It was a pleasure wheeling with you on the Rubicon. God bless Mindy. You are both in my prayers.

Just putting this out there, but if Monday evening traffic is typically bad heading west on the 580 and maybe you want to try and get to the Union City/Hayward area earlier to maybe try and beat it, just let me know. I'd be happy to link up for an early dinner anytime around 4:30pm-6pm so you can take your time and wind down a little. That still gives us plenty of time for the viewing that ends at 7pm.

Or if nobody's interested in dinner but you just need to unwind a little from the long drive sitting in traffic, my place is literally 15 mins south (8 miles) from the funeral home. I've got 3 couches with ottomans in the living room alone. House is a mess lol but you're all welcome to kick your feet up and get a little shut eye if you need it.

Only had the pleasure of spending time with Hayward twice, once wrenching and once wheelin' in Hollister. You were a true gentleman sir and will be sadly missed by many.
