I understand your frustration. I've been dealing with similar issues. At least you were able to leave messages, for me, it was "mailbox full" until Monday, when I was able to leave a vm message.
I recall reading that someone? (maybe their whole shop) was out of the office til June 15th. Anyway, late yesterday my calls & messages were finally returned. Hoping to get a follow-up call today.

Thanks - my shop has spent a ton of time ringing them for updates. At this point, I have all my parts in hand. I only hope that whatever support is needed after the install is available, or as slipshod as the comms have been to this point. I wish I had just sucked up the timeline Motech originally gave and gone that direction - lesson learned!
