Lets work down the list
Dont want to overload the Nor-Cal section with runs but i found a great list of the Nor-Cal trails (i could not find the trail thread in the nor-cal section i created to post it there).
I think it could be a nice project for the Nor-Cal section to try and work though this list over the coming summer and fall.
we have slick rock planned already, just got to shoot for the others.

That looks like a decent list (which you should unlink or you'll get modded) but it's a little out of date -- several of those places are actually closed or otherwise not worth your time, but they do have a lot of the classics on there as well.
For anyone who doesn't have it, I would suggest two old-school (paper) books that I've found useful. The first is Backcountry Adventures: Northern California, which has more of a range and plenty of milder (but still scenic) trails:
http://www.amazon.com/Backcountry-Adventures-California-Peter-Massey/dp/1930193084
The second is the Peter Wells "Northern California" book, which also has good writeups of the "big three" (Rubicon, Fordyce, Dusy Ershim) for the harder core folks:

I've run many of these myself and I know there are a couple of other NorCal folks who will chime in if you want more specific details on any of them.
I've also been on the trails mentioned as well as most tahoe-centric trails.
Barett lake is a another challenging local trail. It now has a couple by-passes so more towards stock rigs can run it. Note that one rough section has no by-passes! Be prepared for someone to strap you over that section (winching is also an option). The trail ends at a lake. There is hiking and camping there. Also, a downed WWII plane is up there that can be hiked to/explored!

The corral hollow trail can be done the weekend of the slick rock run.
And I'm glad to see your trying to organize a bunch of runs. Should be a good summer!

Would anyone be interested in an easy/moderate night run?
We could meet and head up the trail at like 7PM which would give us some night wheeling.
This would involve everyone setting up camp in the dark (via Jeep lighting), so be sure you're ok with it.
There would be a day run the following day as well.

We could run multiple trails.
We'd start with the long canyon trail.
Head over and run up the strawberry pass trail
Run the red lakes/blue lakes trail (a regular dirt road)
End with the deer valley trail.
We run the first two trails and camp near hwy 88. We could get up, eat breakfast and run over to deer valley to run that trail.
