Lift Kit Install in Sacramento
I thought I would post and see if anyone is interested in helping install a liftkit this Saturday. (9/22) We are going to start around 8a and hope to finish by 2p. We are installing the new Offroad Evolution bolt-on Coilover kit front and rear onto a 2dr 07 JK.
If your interested send me a PM and I will send the address and my phone number.
Thanks,
Huck

Well let me start by saying we got a ton done this weekend and are probably only 50% done on this install. My "goal" was to complete both the front and rear (they are actually two seperate kits) this weekend. That did not happen.
I did pretty much finish the front which is saying a lot considering what has to happen to accomplish this. It might have taken less time if I had just done the lift, but since we were taking the front end apart I also did an axle swap, upgraded the drag link, upgraded the bolts to grade 8, and serviced the new axle with fresh fluid and a new coat of paint on the diff cover. A special thanks goes out to Tony, John, and Josh who all stopped by and one time or another this weekend to lend a hand. I would bet we put 10-12 man hours into the lift this weekend and only finished the front and the axle swap. We had some set backs though, the regulator on my air compressor broke during the day on Saturday and I lost a lot time on Sunday running around to different places to find a suitable replacement to get it working again. It also take a ton of time to cut the plastic out for the coilover tower. I was using an air saw and it still took a good hour per side. I hope to get to work on the back soon as the Jeep looks like its popping a wheelie with only the front done. I would say the lift is a good 4-5" and makes my 35s look small, I guess its time to get some 37s.

New DragLink Flip Kit Installed

Front End Reassembled with the "New to Me" Rubicon D44 with 5.38 gears and Teraflex Cover and Guss

Front End at Ride Height, makes my 35s look tiny - time for 37s
