well i ended up runnung swamp trail yesterday instlead of balm mountain. It was by far the toughest trail I had ever been on. It took aboutg 9 hours to make it through so the last few miles we were wheeling in the dark.

Swamp lake and Grouse lake are breath taking though so I guess it was worth it!

I had a professional photographer with me so look for pics coming tonight or tomorrow.
