Yeah. Too rich for my blood too. Rents going through the roof up here. I'd say up 20% since December

 

everywhere within the last month skyrocketed cause of the lack of inventory. I've lived in my house 3 years and listed 2 weeks ago. Closing in 2 weeks and made 100k of my home. It was new construction 3 years ago so it's not like I remodeled and got sweat equity either. Now is definately tie to sell in CA

 

Yeah house sales are way up. I got mine at the right time 2 years ago. Was tons of inventory and houses were cheap. Not the case now.
