gotta be around 1k. I know jk is rated for 3500#. I told him if I wanted to haul a yard of gravel, that was around 2200#. Axles are rated for 3500#. Can't wait till he gets the tent mounted. Check this pic of clearance.

Torsion?
Why'd you pick a torsion suspension, and not leaf, spring, or something else? Curious as to what considerations were made for a trailer.

max clearance
I want it to roll over anything the jeep will. The torsions are rated pretty good, I am anxious to see how it preforms. It is not just a camp trailer. We don't have a truck and it will do. It won't exactly be light. I will weigh it after it is done and post.
