Power Steering Cooler
It looks like this might be my weekend project. Has anybody else in the south bay installed a power steering cooler? I am curious how the hoses were routed from the power steering box to the cooler and then to the reservoir. When researching on the forum, I have seen two different methods. The first cut the return line near the driver side in front of the radiator and used the rubber hose from the cooler to the reservoir. The second tapped into the return line on the passenger side in the rubber section of the return line, routed it to the cooler in front of the radiator and then back to the reservoir.
The cooler that I intend to install is shown below.

I will be mounting this on the cross member in front of the bottom of the radiator.

I decided to plumb the cooler tapping into the factory return line on the passenger side. I wanted to take advantage of the cooling of the PS fluid offered by the hard line that stretches from the steering box to the passenger side. I haven't yet decided how best to do this. One thought is to manually bend the hard line such that I can feed the rubber section of hose back to the front of the radiator. The other thought is to use a AN-6 male hose end shortly after the transition from hard line to rubber hose. I could then place either a 90 degree, 150 degree or 180 degree hose end (those are the only fittings that I have left) on the mating hose and feed that section to the PS cooler.
The photo below shows the fitting that I decided to use on the PS cooler:
