Default Transmission shop advice

So with close to 80k on the clock, my 00 TJ's clutch and NV3500 have just about had it. I had noticed last summer that it would occasionally pop out of 3rd gear for no good reason, and the clutch (or more accuratly the throw out bearing) was making some noises. Latley I have noticed that when I make the 3 - 4 shift it is grinding between shifts. I changed the fluid and that are metal shavings stuck to the magnet on the drain plug. This is not a DD for me so it isn't really a priority but I would like to get it fixed up before the next wheeling season gets under way in full force. I just picked up a new Teralow kit for my NP231 as well. Even with 4.56's I noticed that on the Rubicon in 4LOW in 1st gear I was still having to step on the brake to slow my progress.

What I am looking for is advice on where I should take it to have the trans rebuilt, new clutch and so forth replaced and have the Teralow installed. I am looking either in the Sacramento area or South Bay area.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Well if you were in the North Bay, Santa Rosa transmission does great work and gives a pretty good warranty on there repairs.
