Hey, at least you might get to work faster and with better gas mileage!

Probably is your unit bearings especially since you just changed the ball joints. You go with Timken or SKF? At least the price for replacement isn't extremely crazy.

Still vibrating?!? Damn. Add the Reid knuckles and you'll have a completely rebuilt front end....

Try rotating tires front to back and see if that changes anything.

Actually this makes sense too. Tread for the fronts may already be worn in from the bad ball joints. Maybe double check the torqued bolts on your bead lock ring also before throwing on the Timken's.

Yeah I planned on trying that since I'll have the front tires off anyways.

Hey Rich, sleeves finally came in yesterday. Just let me know what weekday(s) works best for you. I'll put them in the freezer in the meantime.

changed driver's side wheel bearing. didn't change passenger side since there's no play in the wheel. put the front tires on rear, and still get vibrations between 40 and 60. Going to have tires balanced again. if that doesn't work, going to pull front drive shaft and see if that's it. going to recheck toe-in. not sure what else to check.

Did this start before or after you put the new tires on.
