Default Wrenching Party

Hey Guys,

Iv just gotten a set of evo skins that I'm looking to install. Frankly, the thought of drilling into the body terrifies me as iv not done anything like it before (working with nutserts). Im sure others have some stuff to install as well, so I was thinking we could organize a wrenching party. Food, drinks, and some help with each of our projects.

UPDATE:
"Hey Everyone,

This Sunday 3rd at 10:30am i will be hosting some little wrenching event at my works's warehouse with a fellow forum member. I myself have few small things to take care of. Feel free to stop by. I am looking forward to meeting anyone that wants to join.

Address:

1754 Junction Ave Suite E
San Jose, CA 95112

Off of I-880/Brokaw nearby Fry's Electronics. We will be on the back side of the building.

408-966-3703
Eddie"

I may be able to host at my apartment in Santa Clara, though my space is really limited. Otherwise I have access to a good space in Carmel, though this is a bit of a drive for most. If anyone else has a drive way they would like to volunteer that could also work.

Any interest?
What date and time?

At this point I did not have anything specific in mind. I just wanted to measure interest. I figure during one of the upcoming weekends. I added some dates, that people can consider.

Not sure if I can make the drive out to the bay. But I can offer some advice on the nutserts. When I installed my poison spyder rocker brawlers the gave me a nutsert tool, and I found it was best to spray some WD40 on the threads of the nut insert the nutsert than hold the tool with a open ended box wrench and I used my impact driver set about medium speed to cinch them down. It keeps them a lot straighter and is a lot faster than two wrenches or a rachet and wrench. But a steady hand is needed. Once you guys have a date I will see if I can get over and help, plus it would be cool to talk jeeps and meet some more guys face to face.

I have a legit nutsert tool that I can bring. I'd have to check on my schedule though since it's not on me at the moment...

I've got a house in Santa Clara and can host a little something one day. I have air tools, tools, jacks, stands, beer.

I'm going to see if I can make this, just to hang out. I will bring food and beer though.
