Any ORV Trails at Lake Chelan Washington?
I’m going to be at Lake Chelan Washington near Echo Valley Ski Resort and Wapato Point in July for a family get away and was hoping to explore some trails. Does anybody know of some trails in that area for the novice jeeper?

Just out of Chelan- like 3 blocks- there's a fire road to the top of Chelan Butte. Look for the tallest peak right behind town and that's where you're going to end up;ask at the gas station and they'll tell you where the road starts. It's an easy drive to the top and is where Paraglider's launch from in the afternoon. Great view from the top on a clear day. I nearly died ther while piloting a Paraglider off the top but that's a story for another day. Have a good time and let me know how you liked it when you get back.
