I may be out now. I tore my front driveshaft boot today. Not sure if I should just run it anyway. Like half of it is gone. What's everyone's opinion on that run it or bail out?

 

if it's torn and the grease is spitting out, then it is only a matter of time. No guarantee, but i think you would be ok to drive out and wheel tomorrow. Personally, I would go wheel tomorrow and then pull the driveshaft after. Start looking for a replacement or upgrade.

 

Ill be there for sure as well. Black JKU. No top, no doors tomorrow

 

There is definatly grease coming out. Here is the piece that I had to pull off to stop it from flapping around.



I think it will be ok, but a little worried it will leave me stranded.

 

Should be fun! Cant wait will be doorless also!
