Hey Guy's, The wife and I are going to be the Belgrade Mt. area for a week sometime in July (2012). I have been looking to rent a Jeep Wrangler for the time we are there but can't seem to find anything. Would anyone in the area have any suggestions on where to look ?

 

Some of the standard car rental companies around the airport (BZN) might have something available. Not sure though.

Another option would be to call Big Boys Toys in Four Corners (Basically between Bozeman/Belgrade and Big Sky. I know they rent four wheelers, OHVs, snowmobiles, and such.

When I lived in Bozeman there was also an off-road shop in the Four Corners area called "Mike's Off-Road." They did a set of gears and some other work for me on my old XJ. Not sure if they're still around but might be worth a look-up/call.

Take a drive up and over Flathead Pass north of town for some mild 4x fun and amazing scenery. If you go west-east you have the option to keep driving past the Bridgers and out to the west side of the Crazy's before heading south. Some very fun forest roads up Hyalite Canyon south of town with it's own amazing scenery.

 

Come up to whitefish! Haha all of the rental car companies up here rent out stock jku's. I valet Soo many rental "cars" people don't rent a jeep here to go jeeping they rent it as just a car... :(

I have checked with three rental companys at the BZN. I have gotten a reply from two of them, no Jeep Wranglers for rent.


Update: Found a Wrangler at the BZN from Enterprise........
