Anybody else in the Seattle area going to check out the Greenwood Car Show on Saturday? Here's the schedule, not sure exactly when I'm showing up, but I'll definitely be there at some point.


6AM Pre-register car club early entry*
6:30AM Main gate opens
7 - 11AM Kick-off Breakfast at Greenwood Senior Center
9AM Show officially starts for the public
10AM - 2PM Live local bands playing along 85th
3PM Award presentation
4PM Show ends
* - Pre-registered vehicles will have several separate lines for entry. Car clubs signed up as a club can make arrangements to park and enter early together.

 

I just got back, I live a few blocks away. Great show, even bigger this year. Only letdown was only two Jeeps. A 1946 Willis, and a new Mango Tango 2dr with the mopar after market bumpers. Think it had 33's and a small lift.

My wife told me I should put my Jeep in next year. Little does she know she just justified me spending a lot of money between now and the next show to "get it ready."

I think we need to get a bunch of Seattle JK'ers to enter next year. I think it is about $40 to enter.

 

Yeah that willys had a yota motor, silly. The jk was a dealer vehicle with an old man emu lift, you're right about the 33's. The guy there with it said they're bringing it to the trail jamboree in naches with a power wagon. I'm not going but it looks pretty sweet.

I'd be down to show off the JK when there's a little more to show off. Maybe that'll be the case next year, one can hope...
