Default Looking For Vancouver JK Owner who...

I'm looking for the owner of the green JK who recently bought my Rubicon rock rails. He lives in the Vancouver, WA area, but I have deleted our PMs and any other way I have of contacting him.

The owner of the shop who had installed my new rails found some more hardware to them, specifically the large pointed bolts that attach to the frame. I want to send these to you if you still need them.

Any help would be appreciated.

You want to contact f100jeeper on this forum. I saw him a couple of weeks ago and your rails were already on his JK -- he just reused the hardware that came with his stock Sahara steps.

I actually bought his stock Sahara steps and installed them just fine. After a quick trip to the hardware store to buy four fenderwashers and the right sized nuts for the bolts, I duct taped the nuts to the washers, positioned them with a tape measure and was able to install the steps with no problems. I actually believe the fender washers have more clamping force than the spring steel fastners you have left over.

I really have to say thanks to you, f100jeeper and other members of this forum, my budget JK is really comming together nicely. Now, we Northwest JK Forum members need to get organized and go wheeling together.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad that everything worked out okay without the hardware.
