Sold the JK
My era of a being a JK owner has come to an end. I loved my Rubi but have owned many XJ's and missed the combination of off road ability and compactness, plus I love taking a stocker and building them up. I sold my Rubi (anyone bought a flame red rubi with AEV corners, OME lift and a LOD front-Mopar rear bumper holler at me, I have some parts laying around and a spare remote key) I picked up a very clean one owner 2001 Sport. I've already slapped a RE 3.5 Superflex lift on it and a lot of small mods. I still plan on getting out and wheeling with all the friends I've made on here and hope you all don't mind being seen with an XJ
Beings JK Forum has the XJ sub forum I'll still have a home here

Well you gotta' go with what you feel comfortable in, no matter what reason.
That's why I went back to the TJ Unlimited as well.
You'll still be welcome here... Heck, I still am..
Nice XJ btw, I blessed the son inlaw's 98'XJ recently before he bought it.
If Jeep would not have made the TJ/LJ, I'd have an XJ too.
See ya' on the trails..

Hey Outdoors, I thought of you when I started mulling around the idea. I've missed my XJ's and decided to "downgrade". Not having a $400 payment also makes me feel a lot better out in the woods beating around and gives me spare change to make mods
plus I can still sleep in the back. I don't miss the traction control or ABS either although I might have to upgrade the 231 TC to a 241OR Rock Trac as I'm missing the low range crawl. Will definitely see you on the trail!
