Default SW Washington new years day snow run .

The wife and I will be going out for a little snow run in the morning new years day in the JK . We will be going up to Randle WA via hwy 12 , turn south toward Mt Saint Helens , driving forest service roads up to a cool place called Burley Mountain . Its an old fire lookout . You can see Mt Saint Helens , Mt Rainier , Mt Adams ,Goat Rocks Wilderness ,Mt Hood Oregon . Its about 5500 feet I think and not sure if we can make it all the way . We live near Mayfeild Lake off HWY 12 . We will head out at 9:00 am . If anybody is intersted leave a message here . Going out early tonight (casino) and back home before midnight . Meeting at Salkum Supermarket in Salkum would be easy to find , its about 12 miles east of I-5 on Hwy 12 . The start time is flexible if anybody else wants to go . I will check back here later ,any other type of vehicles are welcome ,. I almost made it last year in my pickup , but turned around because we were not with any other vehicles. Happy New Year .

John
