Just a heads up. Discover Pass is required at Tahuya now. $100 fine for entering the park without one.

I got off with a warning last time only because I had my 2012 annual National Forest Service permit, Snow Park permit, ORV permit for WA and OR , fishing permit, hunting permit, military base permit, Blue Diamond permit, Zone 23 permit and didn't even know about the Discover permit.

 

The Park Ranger swung by and talked with us last week at Tahuya. He said he would ask now if we had them, because if he asked on the trail and we did not have, it would be a $203 fine.

Since all went well with my surgery on Tuesday, I think I will try and make this run. Im going to start working on the neighbor to get his JKU dirty, or at least ride along with me.
