Tillamook in september?
Please dont overuse "epic". Moab for EJS was epic; Rubicon was eipc++; helicopter tour over Rubi and surrounding areas... priceless.
No! literally, it was without price! lol.
So what's the latest count of who's in, Alex?

You can count me in and for camping. Are we thinking Friday and Saturday night camping?
Someone asked earlier which trails are we running. I've never been so i can't comment on exactly which ones, but I'll throw my vote at the hardest trails there.
took a look at the map (http://nwjeepn.com/Maps/TSFOHV09.pdf), and I like 14, 16, 17, and 28. maybe throw in 13 and 18.
Alex, do you already have a camp in mind, or anyone familiar have a recommendation? Browns and Jordan Creek are $10/night and Lyda is free but it has no water or restrooms. If we take the 10 - 13 - 14 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 28, that basically takes us from Browns to Jordan Creek if we want to break down and re-setup camp. Or just drive back to Browns if we camp there Friday night.
thoughts?

Trail 18, isn't bad. Its only a little over a mile long, I don't know if I would go all the way out there to run it, maybe if you were "driving by" and using it as a connecting trail just to get off of dirt roads.
Firebreak Five (Trail 14) is fun. Yet again, its a long trail, its pretty much a staple trail to run if you go out to TSF. Plus if you maybe want to check out the Crushers for a pretty good challenge.
University Fire Power (10), again it is one of those trails I wouldn't go out of my way to do if you are looking for something challenging. I would use it as a connector trail to get off of the FSR.....
If you are running low on trails to run I would toss in 4D, there are some good little ledges that you have to climb and big roots to go over. Might be a good trail to start off with to make sure your suspension is cycling correctly.
Anyways, looks like I am going to be out for the run now. I am having knee surgery on the 20th, and I doubt the doctor would let me go wheeling hopped up on drugs!

@gary I'll be there camping, starting Thursday night through Saturday night. I'm game for whatever trails and whichever campground. I figured more insightful people than myself would chime in with recommendations. I'll troll the posts in this thread and do some proper research tomorrow to come up with a semi formal itinerary. Glad you can make it!
Not that it matters, but are all the campgrounds free? I was going to head up Fri (21st) morn from Gresham/Portland area if people want to roll up there together. I was just planning on bringing simple shit to cook on the fire like dogs. Obviously lots of beer/ fireball, axe, shovel, tarp, air compressor, sleeping stuff, chairs, horse shoes. Are you guys planning on bringing extra gas or just driving back to the gas station.
I was also saying we should talk about other stuff like camp stoves, tables, big stuff that we could perhaps share, so not everyone has to bring them..
