Good morning all. I was passed this morning on 205 heading south from Vancouver, WA into Portland, OR. Around 7:00am. Black, lifted, 35's (?), Warn rear bumper with tire carrier, X. Got off the airport exit road (going to the IKEA grand opening maybe ). Still had the temporary tags. Anyone here?
