Has anyone done hole in the rock trail in Utah lately? We want to do the trail from Hite or Hall's crossing in late April. I have some maps and would like to do it in one day. There will be 3 or 4 modified Wranglers so equipment won't be a problem. Can we get to the river in one day? Where can I get good maps or gpx tracks? Any other information will help.

 

It's been about 4 years since I've done it. While you can probably make it to the end and back in one day. It will be a very long day. When I went with a group of about 8 Jeeps we went in about 1/3 of the way, camped for the night. Then went to the end and back to camp for a second night.
