Who here scuba dives?
I just lay mine in the back, bungee them down and cover with my dive gear. Unless you're traveling a long way with your tanks, that's plenty. If you're doing it a lot then you can mount 4 eye-bolts in the floor of your back end and secure them down with rope, bungees, or ratchet straps. I'm in Puerto Vallarta currently - not worrying about transporting anything...........except myself to the boat every morning..........
Currently in Puerto Vallarta and all is great. Dove this morning at Los Arcos (in the canyon) and had a wonderful time. The water is around 67 at 95 feet, so dress for comfort. The visibility is 40-50 feet due to the Crill but there are a lot of fish and the coral is healthy. Diving with Twin Dolphins and Gino is very accommodating. I was the only diver today and we still went out. Not bad service. In the Keys I always slightly cringe when arriving at the boat hoping that the "minimum" number of divers is met.
I think it's time for a walk into town or.. kayaking or....... well something.

Diving should first of all - always be safe. Then it should be fun. If you're not being safe, you eventually won't have fun. Currently in Puerto Vallarta and all is great. I spent over 20 years diving in dark lakes and rivers as a department rescue diver.
Then I got serious about it
and now only do it for pleasure.

From: Apple Valley, California Good ole Mojave Desert.
moved this to outdoor sports so it doesn't get lost in A&E and tried to merge all the scuba related info into one thread.

Got my cert (basic and advanced) in New England during the winter... That way, where ever I go, it's better then where I started!
In the two years since I've done alot of diving in the caribbean: grand cayman, key west, hogstye reef, kings bay jamaica, and of course, GTMO. Gotta love port calls... One of these days I might actually dive off my own boat, instead of having to pay for someone else to transport me...

For transporting my doubles and several stage/deco bottles, I am using a Springtail solution Mpac rack with several vertical tank rails bolted on that are utilized on dive boats to secure my tanks. Great to save room when transporting four divers and all their gear.
