Yes Rear and 2 sides. Factory tint. Premium fabric (fairly certain its the same as Twill)

Twill is a darker black fabric, feels like a heavy cotton sail cloth. You will have to forgive me, I want to be certain.

Confirmed these are premium windows. Mopar box does not specify twill. But these are the darker almost cotton like fabric. Part #1XZ78FX9AB
