Does hard top still fit over windshield channel after install?

 

Question.... Is this the removable header for use with the hard top or the bolt on header used with soft top? Looks like you have door surrounds too. Did you buy those to make the top fit? Or are they from your TrekTop?

 

Ok,... Here's the Deal. Intalled the SmittyBilt Extended Bikini and it had Horns. The way the header mounts with the screw in fasteners leaves two large lumps across the windshield. I Didn't like it. Plus. The velcro roll bar wraps to secure the top are not cut out to be used with Grab Handles. I Didn't like that either. So,.... What I did like was after a bit more You Tube research It looked like the BestTop Safari Bikini Top and Header were not only gonna mount flatter across the windshield, but the front velcro roll bar wraps are notched to fit handles,... And it has a middle Roll Bar Fastener as well as feels thicker. The Best Part. Was Josiah at 4WParts made the exchage and it Only cost $8 more.... Stoked. But Now it's raining, so on goes the Hardy!!!!
