Spray in Liner - UPOL Raptor Tintable: Deep Water Blue
I've had this item on my mod list for a while. I really liked the idea of paint matching the liner, but as worried how it might turn out. Your's looks awesome. That settles it. I'm going paint matched for sure now. I like the idea of doing the gate too.
Lining the top rail is an idea I had after removing the hard top the first time. That area takes a lot of punishment installing and removing the top. Have you developed any leaking/sealing issues since lining your rail?

I used to do my work in my parking spot before I moved where I live now. I met alot of girls and friends Workin on my jeep in the parking lot! Not a bad idea...
I've got at least a 1/4" of rhino lining on the tops of my rails and no probs with the hard top.
The UPOL Raptor kit comes with its own sprayer, and you only need about 50psi to the gun. I used the compressor at my dads shop which is a pretty big compressor, but any compressor that puts out at least 50psi would do the job fine
No problem at all on the questions. Im actually not for sure how thick the top rails are. I hit them quite a few times and tried to get a really thick coat, as I also did on the floorboards where most of the wear and tear will be. I havent actually measured it but I dont think mine is 1/4" like REXICON mentioned his Rhino line is
